Thanked: 0Need help identifying this razor..
Hello I am attempting to list some straight razors that i inherited in a box on ebay and I am not sure about this one. It was in a box that says Wade & Butcher Sheffield on it but the only markings on it are 3 small crest like looking symbols and beneath that in tiny print it says Made in Germany the on the other side it says Fully Warranted..I just wanted to be sure that this is in fact Wade & Butcher before I list it as such. I have attached pictures. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Made in Germany by T. Hessenbruch of Philadelphia. Interesting is the 3 Fleur de Lis looking symbols. Possibly for export to France?
"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Thanked: 4249Well its not a Wade & Butcher, its a Hessenbruch, T. & Co, the bear logo in the back is their trademark.
The front shows 3 shield with "Fleur de Lys" perhaps french like Sharptonn mentioned.

Thanked: 0Thank you. This straight razor was in the wrong box I believe. It was in the Wade & Butcher box but I do have another straight razor which is in the box that has this bear logo on it. This razor has NO markings on it whatsoever...so the mystery continues..and I have an empty Wade & Butcher box lol. Do most straight razors have markings of some sort on them? Because I have 2 which don't but I believe them to be from the same time period.
