Hello I am wondering if anyone can give me any info about this Joseph Elliot straight razor. The blade is in pretty rough shape, rust and a jagged edge. It is stamped with Joseph Elliot and the C cross C logo then beneath that it says CELEBRATED PAZCK....not sure what the PAZCK means. The handle appears to be made of horn? I do not have a box with it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
