Need help id'ing a razor
Just go my first straight from Larry at whipped dog..it was a sight unseen an sit have just unwrapped it, so I haven't shaved with it yet, and since this will be my first shave it will be shortbread.. The razor says GSG special on the blade and GS Grant on the tang. It also says Sheffield below G S Grant on the tang
anybody have any info on it? I'm not really concerned about the value and it really doesn't look bad, I'm just curious

A razor sold by Grant, a cutler in Preston. The maker is a different story, in all probability. Anything on the backside tang?
