Oops, I should have mentioned that methylene chloride is the solvent of choice in paint strippers.... it does dissolve stuff.... lots of stuff!

As cured CA is acrylic plastic, methylene chloride should be suitable for dissolving it. It's a bit tougher to get hold of, most plastics manufacturers would have it on hand as it's used to bond...
