blade has not been honed i don't think blade is gold washed it is very shiny something special but not Gold.
what is interesting is MOP is whole.i have seen mostly they are small peaces join...

Jimmy it is perfect rounded to match the length of the handle(thickness of it.) tail is not coming out when you close or open or half open the blade?

This is Mother of pearls handle blade and blade doesn't have tale.
i cannot make who made this blade.
Seems like very old.
blade needs to clean up not sure to do so or just leave it alone.
