Yes, that would be a 1/8" shank. You can use either one with the dremel in any case. The dremel has a Jacob's chuck that will take anything less than 3/16" if I remember right.

Actually for the dremel both would work. I'll make you a 1/8" because most of your bits are 1/8". The 3/32" or 1/8" is only an issue for quickchange handpieces since they don't have much in the way...
