Peter, try to use the thinnest CA glue you can find. They come in different consistencies. The thinner one will take more coats but dries smoother with less sanding.

Now that the original warped scales are history the Dubl Duck Wonderedge is really MINTY, at least by my standards. :D

Scales are yellowheart with a very perlescent grain, decorated with brass...
