few pics of process. I used a set of files to shape it, and CA to adhere it to the scales..it wasn't easy, I think I superglued my fingers to the scales a few times. lol. Then i had to clean off...

This is a first attempt at anything like this... I made the bolsters out of sheet aluminum.

There is room for improvement, but, at the same time.. its pretty friggin cool ;)
