I think they would be afraid to use it. My barber wants me to bring in one of my razors to show him how to shave...he is an expert with the disposibles but I dont think he has ever touched a real...

in some states its illegal, in some states like pennsylvania for instance they need to be licensed and for sanitary reasons can only use disposable blades. In others no one seems to monitor it.
