Re-pinning. You will need 1/16" brass rod and #0 brass washers. www.microfasteners.com for the washers.

I would suggest trying out on a thin piece of wood or something first....

Something that's 1/16" diameter. Very gently..tap...tap...Make sure though you've got rid of the peened over end otherwise it will be a poofteenth too big which is large enough to cause damage....

Bill, you should have said he needs a high energy laser with 1/16" focal point attachment :D
