The wreath is similar, but the scales are a dead ringer!
I'll get a pic up of the blade, can you post the wedge end of the scales?

I have a covered tang razor, with an engraved wreath on the blade.
It is a little hollow grind with barbers notch.
Celluloid scales came on it, and the tang covering was bone/ivory, but worn down...
