The box says Kuenslichter Abziehstein which means it isn't even a coticule but an artificial stone. If the stone of the listing is a coticule it is not the stone originally sold in that box.

Appearances are deceptive. Picture inside box cover looks like that of an Escher. But the name Escher is nowhere to be found. The stone inside looks most like a coticule.
