I don't have sensative skin, but from what I've read, you'll probably need to see what works for you through trial and error. Generally, you might want to try a soap with less "stuff" in it. AOS...

I don't think they make hard soaps. Their "cream" is more of a hard cream or a soft soap, if you will, so I think it got thrown in here as something of a hybrid option.
