So without stating the obvious, this razor is not suitable for a Newbies :nono:

that was exactly my concern when the maker agreed to send Dylan a razor to try out.
it has taken so long even though he has ample supply to dish out..

when i was dealing with him, he told me that he does not hone them and that they must be honed before shaving.

i sent him many emails but with no replies, i had to call him from overseas 4-5 times in order to talk with the guy and he still got...

i have no idea Dylan why he didn't just send you one of his already finished pieces that he has on ebay??

BUT i just find it strange that someone who is doing this for his enjoyment of making straight razors and trying to make a name for himself has not joined the two...
