That's true, rope scales were as an option for many razors. Yea, looks like you guys are right, it will not be an easy task to identify this razor. Only is someone had the same.

Recently came across quite strange, but still a pretty razor. The only marking it has "high art" on a blade. No any marks on other side. Does anyone have any idea about manufacturer?
