It is a good shaver like all my razors. Probably Swedes are my favorites too, but there are few others, rather unknown brands that have proven to be as good or even better shavers than some hype...

I cannot say anything about the rest but Sentier, or LeCoultre is, if not common, but not specially rare either. I have mine + 2 spare blades. They pop up on eBay every now and then.
