What type of bit would I use to drill the 1/8th hole in the pivot on the razor? Would titanium work on that kind of carbon steel?

Would i use the flat head torx screws in the back the same way with a pivot barrel? Can I get them at the same place?

I found out that Micro Fasteners - Hobbyists Source - Locknuts - Washers - Machine Screws - Fasteners - Rivets - Wood Screws does have the washers
A #2 washer would fit a 2-56 button head torx...

it wouls prob be easier to flush it to the tang and find washers to fit the 2 56 screws from microfasteners.com as I also work with vintage razors only. do you know of a place to find them Max?

so rather than grind the barrel to the tang I should make it even with the face of my scales?

would it be wize to grind the barrel down with a grinder to make it flush with the tang?

where can I aquire these "hex" head pins and what size for my razor projects? Is there a female end that they screw into? Ive searched and searched but to no avail.
