I blew it up as well and it looks like it's cast. At first I thought It make for a good beginners razor not so sure now. I have one similar from Wester Bro's and it has a hand forged tang.

Well it's definitely an off brand but it is hand forged, a little hone wear to me but like you say the pic is pretty bad.

This looks like a decent small hammered tang wedge for the price. what do you guys think. Here
