those aren't hard and fast numbers. Those just...
those aren't hard and fast numbers. Those just happen to be some of the scrap metal that I have in the shop. You can definitely go a bit up or down for either washer thickness.

use the thinnest sheet for the inside washers and...
use the thinnest sheet for the inside washers and thicker for the outside. I tend to use 26gauge nickel for my inside washers, and 20 gauge for my outside washers.
