I can't believe with all the experts we have here, no one can identify this hone. I have looked at a lot of hone pics and it looks more like an Okuzu than any of the other pics I have seen

I will get some more pics but when the stone is wet it looks the same and the sides are coated with something and dirty looking. I will have to clean it on sandpaper.
