I don't know about quicklinks, but for new posts it is normal that you can't use it, as this is linked to your user account. No user account -> no new posts.
EDIT: just checked quicklinks, all items...

And there is the User CP link again, next to the new posts link.
This should also be accessible to the mobile agents.

Out of curiosity: what do you use the user cp for? Reading messages etc can be done via the 'private messages' link. And other than that, the only interesting stuff are settings that hardly ever...

They're still there, but under the quicklinks menu. Granted, it takes an extra second. I can understand new posts, but do you really access your user cp that often?

We cleaned up the top row buttons to provide room for more important stuff.
