I can appreciate the craftsmanship and quality displayed here, but it still seems to look like a novelty. I know that is not the case, but i would rather have an older, more traditional razor.

Thick scales. Thick, rounded scales drive me up the wall. I agree with the Klingon comment as well. Am I going to shave with it, or sneak up on someone in the jungle while holding it in my teeth? ...
