Think the issue is not whether your technique is good, but whether it is pleasant to you to soften your hairs.
Think most people here have a nice technique. But they like that little bit extra.

I am sure that a sauna makes your hair softer than a hot shower. I realy do notice a difference between them . A better pre-shave, you can not have.
And yes I mean the hot cabins, 90 * to 120 * not...

So I say to this, everyone should have a home sauna. ;)
Good for your hair to soften before shaving, and good for your body.

Have it several times since I regularly go to the sauna.
After a sauna session, your hair are sooo soft that you can shave your beard with a kitchen knife instead a razor:rock:
