I've noticed that i can get a wickedly sharp edge on my Eidelweiss, but the King Kutter never seems quite as sharp even with exactly the same progression....

Just out of curiosity... Anyone know the difference between Boker's King Kutter and their Eidelwiess?

I have one of each, and the only difference i can see is that the Eidelweiss is 6/8 and the KK...
