i have not heard of the lanolin ever causing problems.. i have in the past mixed musgo real and mitchell's wool fat for an extreme lanolin kick.. it did not effect my brush in any way.

the only above mentioned cream i have tried is musgo real.. i love it.. a very nice cream..

however.. obie is not one to mislead.. i'm sure lavanda is amazing as well.
