Hi.
There's an auction on ebay with very similar razor. Same grind, slightly different etching - Diamond Edge. It was made by Abraham Leon of Sheffield.

I suspect that the razor was made in Sheffield. It's very well made, very good craftmanship.
What suprised me was the fact that original horn scales were pinned with no washers, like ivory... -

I think that maybe grooves were made to reduce...
I think that maybe grooves were made to reduce blade weight. You have lighter blade with the same width.

I have couple of "before" pictures, maker's mark...
I have couple of "before" pictures, maker's mark was more visible. Unfortunately i can't find them on my computer.

Hi.
Very mysteriuos razor. Very unusual grind.
Horn scales, brass pins and washers, lead wedge. “Lancet Steel” on the blade.
