Cerium would be the finest and last compound you'd use of those listed, ie diamond, chromium, then cerium....

I've far more good quality cerium than I could ever use, and would be happy to send you some for the cost of the postage.
As mentioned above, it's prettily readily availabe, and me being in OZ...
