Thanks for the video! I find the scuttle to work good for making lather without the use of my mug, although I don't use soap pucks. The scuttle is a great design all around.

UPDATE:
I've been using this scuttle exclusively since I posted this thread, and I still love it! I don't think I could go back to cold lather, my old mug is officially retired.:D
