I actually have a Mappin Lancet. Sitting for a few years in need of scales. It is a looker, but lacks the shaving qualities I desire. A wedge in disquise, I think!

It would have to be something obscure. Probably German or British, but possibly American, made by early immigrants. Big and finely ground. Would not know it until I saw it though! Horn scales!...
