    I use Oxyclean, a few tablespoons in a coffee cup...

    I use Oxyclean, a few tablespoons in a coffee cup with water up a bit over the handle/hair transition, bristles down. Let it fizzle for a while.
    As you pour out the cup, look at what comes out....
