I have three harts and they all take and keep a great edge. I use a Chosera 1k for the bevel and then a Naniwa 5,8,12k.

I'm hesitant as I like a larger blade. But would like to try a 5/8 hart.

Are any of those the 5/8. I have 2 7/8 and a 6/8 so far. I think I like the 6/8 the best.

I have 3 Hart Steel Razors 2 7/8 and 6/8 and they are definitely worth $300. They are definitely in the very top of my rotation.
