I just picked up a pair of Doc's, some for work (steel toe) and a pair to kick around in, very comfortable...

Gooser, Thank you! They're 18mm's on the outside, 15mm at the dip, I might be able to fit a pencil through the centers. Small and a pain in the butt to sand.....

When I was growing up it was spiked hair (now I have no hair ;) mullets, ear ring, punk, Skin heads.........

My understanding is wood, Horn, and antler is the better option as far as the stink. Plastics and metal apparently cause ear stank.

Turned this on the lathe today. I picked 2 horns up at a garage sale with a pile of other stuff for $10 last year and finally got to spin a handle today out of one of the horns. I'm really pleased...
