I've checked both of these actually, they both sell aluminum washers but unfortunately not in the size we would need. I contacted microfasteners and they told me to have them made I'd need to order...

on a side note - has anyone been able to located nickel silver or aluminum washers? I've been looking to put a blade in aluminum scales but stainless won't work and brass will offset the look
