I didn't see the video prior to buying these , over a year ago.
I don't feel the heat from the bulbs at all, I stand under 4 of them lined up. If I were sitting...

I use these GE L.E.D. bulbs in all the bathrooms,,, very bright, last longer than regular bulbs & don't generate much heat.
