They don't move at all, I made each slot the same size and kept the cut outs to make them "adjustable" by cutting them to the right size for each razor slot and use as inserts in the wedge end.

The foam is for tool cases, one huge piece you can cut as desired.

I got it from a tool company named Würth, don't know if they're in the US, but I think Snap On has something similar, probably...

This is a case I made for my razors, same solution should work well with drawers as well.
