Would this hone be suitable for finishing after an 8k norton?

I'm currently thinking this progression: 4k, then 8k, then the barber hone, then pasted CrO strop.

Does that make sense?

How many laps do you usually do (fine side) and what do you go to after (linen, Cr0 etc.)?

I just did about 5 laps and then 20 leather after before my shave and I...

Also, do you use lather on yours when you use it?

What grit would you compare the coarser side to..ie, what would I use it for. Obviously the stamped side i use like a regular barber hone (finishing/touch up) but what about...
