I would have to disagree. I have very hard water here in southern ontario and i am able to get MWF to lather up fine with very hot water. But i have heard of many issues with hard water

I doubt you can get a discount unless your a distributor but I know exactly what you mean! I love MWF so much and have often thought about what I would do if it was somehow discontinued or something...
