Well the blade etch was pretty good to start with in all fairness. The makers mark though was a different story as it was missing in some spots already. But I saved what was there.

Finding one of these? Well I got mine for $30.00 and of the other 3 I've done this month I know two were $80.00 or less so they're out there.The fourth was a hand me down.

That's the original etch. I wouldn't know how to go about re-doing one. I have done quite a bit of acid etches, on blades, but nothing like these,, but I wish I could.
