I can't say for certain. I read that once they started putting the country of origin on a blade it would be after 1900 or so but I can't say for sure.

I've done several of the American Eagle razors but they had the traditional horizontal etch of the Eagle. This I thought was interesting since it's vertical. I was able to clean up the blade nicely....
