I must admit the scales were so nice I contemplated asking to purchase them seperately and scrap the razor, but I paid 30$ in import fees so it would be a lose lose.

I messaged the seller asking why he would relist, he said "it is what it is, thats why it is only listed in excellent condition and not higher"
Notice there are no returns on the sale this time.

The razor did have the rust, yes, but like all my other razors that have been carefully buffed with rouge only..
Anywho, case closed I guess, buyer beware everyone.

Glen, I have a couple of regrinds under my belt now and I must say, I believe it would have been impossible to finish a regrind from any stage of the job with such flop. JMO.

Sorry I dont, thinking back I should have made a video of it. Its like a popcan, it even makes the popping sound when you push it back and fourth.
Most importantly, they admitted it was their fault...

Ok, here is the razor I bought with the ruined temper....
I wouldnt have shared this link with our no vendor bashing, but I feel its necessary to bend the rules a bit this time (sorry mods)...

The toe of the blade was floppy like a piece of paper, I could have bent it 90 degrees with very little effort. I didnt bent it further for fear of it breaking, but it was SOFT!

I agree Bob, I feel I should post the sellers name, but I know we have rules about that. Also It was listed as 9/8, before he shipped it I specifically asked if it was 1 1/8" and he said yes, it was...

Its funny, the blade wasnt overpolished, it looked to be in ok condition but the scales were so mint.. I have the exact same one in 8/8 in good shape aswell that hasnt been buffed.

Just incase you are thinking "the temper is blown" you are correct!! I have never seen a razor so floppy, its like a piece of paper! :)

Oh, and the seller was kind enough to leave me some buffing compound (rouge I believe) on the blade!
