Thanks Doc. I have come across a Wald razor in a box similar to this. However neither that owner or me know if the razors belonged to the boxes. German maker of Solingen would be my guess too.

The Rust is not as bad as it looks I don't think. Im confident I wont even need to touch the wet and dry to remove it, a good bit of metal polish should sort it out. The edge is sharp, it pops arm...
