I"m working on the wood as we speak. I have to wait for some larger micro nut fasteners to come in as I want to final sand like a closed clam shell to keep everything even.

Yup lost an 1/8 but it was a good learning point.... NEVER TAKE YOUR CONCENTRATION OFF THE BUFFER!!!!!!!! lol The blade is now done and I'm cutting scales.

Well it is coming along but I still want to get some of the micro pits out. I am going to go back down to 320 wet sandpaper before I go back up with the micro mesh. Thought ya'll might like an update...
