Just an update on my lovely shaving stand. I'm not able to use it some mornings as it has been commandeered by our resident wild cat, (one of six, street cats we have taken in.)

Thank you. It is a softwood of some type (unknown), nothing exotic I'm afraid, more a case of whatever they had lying around. If i had known that they would produce something of this quality, I think...
