Well I bot my Wade and Butcher blade scaled up in...
Well I bot my Wade and Butcher blade scaled up in "Bubbles" Let me know what you think. The blade shaves great, I used to have it in Lucite scales until I finished these.

I first glues the scales to some very thin oak...
I first glues the scales to some very thin oak and then poured the epoxy into the holes like little cups.
Then after 24 hours of drying time I sanded the oak of the back and.....tada stained glass... -

I put on a W&B blade and they are super light and...
I put on a W&B blade and they are super light and have some flex but no feel of breaking. I like them alot so far.
I think I will dissasemble it and clear coat it over the weekend. -

I tried something different with these walnut scales. I used my Wade and Butcher 5/8 wedge scales as a beginning template and from there threw out all rules to see it walnut could do this.
