Based on the picture and not being able to handle it, that even line just above the edge usually is indicative of an unset bevel. :( Of course it could be the image. :shrug:

If you haven't already taken it to the hones again and it still has the failed edge on it, try the TNT and see what that gives you. It's another diagnostic tool to help find the problem.
