The width of the blade toward the spine. Very stable! It won't expose the edge.

I didn't have to tweak anything on mine. For me, it's an excellent edge!!

But, I actually like anchovies......bet that'd get tweaked by others too. :D

#15 received and used the last few days. It came with an outstanding edge, the curve fits the neck very well ATG/east-west (toe down) and the monkey tail is long, but very comfortable in my hand. ...

I also ordered August 20th.
