    I would hold onto your shavette forever. That's what I do with mine. Great for roadtrips, one less thing to worry about....

    Just remove the stitching or cut that bit off....

    Just remove the stitching or cut that bit off. Looks to be bout 3-1/2", you will do fine with 2-1/2"
