I would be leery of buying from sellers using the Global Shipping Program till there was some feedback from people who have received an item shipped this way. If it involves some outfit like UPS etc....

Yea, like everyone says just ask and pay the extra shipping costs. If that does not work I'll have it sent to a store on the US side drive down and pick it up and deal with CBSA crossing back.
