Yes, that is for sure. Just to check on time to dry I lathered up a 24mm synthetic knot about 4 hours ago. I did my normal shakes, gentle squeeze and swipes across a towel and it is now just ever so...

I don't know about being still wet after 24 hours because none of my synthetics stay wet that long. No, they do not dry instantaneously either but definitely in at least 1/2 the time or even less...
