Thanks for clearing that up for me. It is whatever works for you. I face lather and do 4 passes. Normally I only load once and rinse when finished.

Thanks for the mini review of the Taconic soap, sounds good. When you say rinse your brush between passes do you mean rinses like most do at the end of a shave?
